My goals for my new Passion project:
1. The month of october is dedicated to gaining 5 pounds of muscle, begin to eat healthier, blog on my progress and get together with my mentor.
2. The month of november is going to be dedicated to putting on another 5 pounds, increasing my vertical, practicing being able to identify muscles and muscle groups.
3. The month of december is going to be where if hopefully reach my goals of being 185-195 pounds, 10 inch vertical increase from 29 inches, be able to help people with strains and any other injuries, and also be able to give good advice on overall fitness.
